North Cornwall Auctions is situated in the seaside town of Bude. We sell a vast array of interesting and unusual items from many different vendors.

We also provide house clearance and collection of items at a reasonable charge.

If Selling online only with Easy live Auctions enables us to maximise the best price for our vendor’s items.

General Information

North Cornwall auctions are run entirely online to offer items to the widest audience.

All items are described as accurately as possible including information gained from the vendor but there is no guarantee on that information.

North Cornwall Auctions will not be responsible for accident or injury to persons or property through fire or any other causes whatsoever.

Vendors

Commission is charged at 20% [not subject to VAT with a minimum charge of £1 per lot. There will be a small charge if you need us to pick up your items.

• North Cornwall Auctions reserve the right to. Refuse any item. Catalogue, describe and sell items in lots as they see fit.  

• To dispose of any unsaleable items or those of negligible value at any time. Antique items will automatically be returned to the vendor.

• Vendors wishing to collect lots that have failed to attract a bid must do so after 2 auctions.

• Vendor payments are normally made within 10 days after the date of the auction. This can be by bank transfer. Please ensure we have the correct bank details prior to the auction. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect payments if the correct details haven’t been given.

• Vendors may place reserves on items. If the auction considers the reserves excessive and the lots remain unsold, we contact the vendor and ask them to drop the reserve or collect their item.

Purchasers

All purchasers are reminded that in bidding for an item it is presumed they have read these Terms and Conditions.

Each lot at the end of the sale of an item will be considered as sold and remain at the absolute risk of the purchaser.

All lots sold as seen without warranty. Electrical items are untested and sold as ‘scrap’. Purchasers must remove their lots in their entirety.

All lots purchased must be paid for on an issued invoice by bank transfer or cash payment if collecting in person.

Purchasers removing their lots are responsible for any damage.

All buyer’s fees will be listed clearly on Easy LiveAuction prior to your bidding.

Collection

Items must be collected or contact made with us regarding delivery within I week of the auctions. Collections should be by appointment ONLY. North Cornwall Auctions reserve the right to charge storage fee if left more than a week.
